Former Oaks stars branch out

28 Dec 2008

Media opps and product sponsorship for club's pro stars

News of SRFC’s professional players branching out into new directions; first of all, Tom May (Sevenoaks, Newcastle Falcons and England A) is the driving force behind the new rugby website, aptly named “Everything Rugby”. Check it out at www.everythingrugby.com.

Meanwhile Dave Flatman (Sevenoaks, Bath and England ) is extending his own blossoming media career by becoming an agony aunt for the equally aptly-named rugby paper “The Rugby Paper”. Email your cares and woes to Dave at chatwithflats@therugbypaper.co.uk. Flats assures us that questions do not have to be rugby related!

Finally, a reminder that good deals on dietary supplements are now available to Sevenoaks RFC players, thanks to Gloucester , England , British Lions and former Sevenoaks star Andy Titterrell.

Andy, widely acknowledged as one of the fittest and strongest pound-for-pound players in the premiership, is now being sponsored individually by the dietary supplements firm MyProtein.co.uk and has kindly arranged for Sevenoaks players to have access to special promotional deals on the company’s products. Simply go online at http://www.myprotein.co.uk/ and use the reference number MP67923 when placing your order. Alternatively, call 0161 4289796 and speak to Joy Stevenson.
